When you enroll at any paived.io merchant, you join a network that lets you transact at every other paived.io merchant without re-enrolling. This page is how you see what's on file — and how to withdraw if you ever want to.

The paived.io driver app is in development.
Until it ships, your account lives at the merchant where you first enrolled. If you joined the network through Level Parking, you can manage your vehicles and payment methods in the Level Parking app or web portal. The same identity follows you to every paived.io merchant — no separate login.
Withdrawal
You can withdraw at any time.
Email support@paived.io from the phone or email you enrolled with — or contact the merchant where you signed up. Withdrawal stops paived.io from sharing your information with new merchants and stops any merchant from initiating new charges through paived.io. Withdrawal takes effect within 24 hours.
Withdrawal does not cancel your relationship with the merchant where you originally signed up. Your account at that merchant continues unchanged. Charges already authorized and in flight continue to settle.
What we keep
Receipts and audit history live for seven years.
paived.io retains transaction records — which merchant, what amount, what time — for the minimum period required by financial regulation. That keeps your past activity discoverable for chargebacks, disputes, and tax records. Identity and contact details are removed within 24 hours of withdrawal.
